Engagements are carried by one engineer rather than passed to a queue, so the person who designed a system is the person who answers when it misbehaves. I bring eight years in IT across infrastructure, networking, security, systems integration, software automation, public safety and emergency communications, and energy technology environments.
That work has included technology supporting emergency communications and 911 operations, energy organizations, and broader business environments. The environments involved have run to more than 1,200 endpoints and 150 servers.
